BESPOKE PACKAGE

If our other two packages do not not suit your video requirements, please contact us to discuss one of our bespoke packages. During a pre-show meeting one of our team will work with you to discuss your visual and audio requirements. With a wealth of experience in videography and show production our team can help turn your ideas into reality. This can include all aspects of our other two packages, but also include extras such as additional cameras, Steadicams, cranes, drones. We can also help you with lighting and technical aspect of your production to enhance the overall quality of the end product.
Studio grade audio recording
We also work with Woodbury Recording Studios and can include a full audio recording package for the show. This can include post show editing and mixing giving your show a studio grade sound to add to your shows video or even a separate audio recording of the show.
Terms and conditions
- In order to benefit from our free filming service, you agree to the following –
Package 1 – the agreed digital download price of £15.00per copy and the minimum order quantity of 50 copies. (£750 minimum fee)
Package 2 – the agreed digital download price of £18per copy and the minimum order quantity of 55 copies (£990 minimum fee)

- In order to benefit from our free filming service, you agree to the following –

- You are required to confirm your order within 7 days of the sample video being sent to you. All orders placed within 7 days of the sample show being sent will benefit from our cashback service. Orders made after 7 days and directly from our website will not benefit from the cashback offer.
- Your show will only be confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us and you have paid the deposit fee at the time of booking.
- The minimum fee balance invoice amount must be paid in full at least 24hrs before your event including any additional pre-orders. You have an additional 7 days to order any copies placed after your show date to benefit from the cashback deal.
- Digital downloads will be sent out within 48 hours of receiving full payment.
- In order for us to send out digital downloads, you must supply us with an email address for each customer order. Please note: to comply with GDPR we only require a valid email address. Please do not include any additional personal information. This data will be stored in line with our GDPR policy.
- For shows that run longer than 180 minutes (including interval), the unit price is to be agreed upon by both parties before the reservation is confirmed. If the show runs longer than expected, the unit price may need to be updated after the event.
- You will receive 2 complimentary Digital downloads of the show for orders over 50 copies.
- Full payment needs to be made before the digital delivery of the order.
- A Timecoded proof copy will be sent to you via drop box Replay. Included in the minimum package price is one (1) edit. Further edits will be charged at £50ph. Please note we will endeavor to resolve any edits you may have. However, this may not always be possible.
- Raw footage is deleted after the main order is delivered to make room for further shows. Therefore, no amendments can be made after the sample video is agreed.
- SLS Productions will not be held liable under any circumstances for any loss of media due to technical reasons beyond its control.
- We guarantee that you will be able to use any segments from your show for social media, website and or promotional material. Please contact us for further details on how we can supply you with these clips.
- Additional Information We will seek written permission from you before we show any digital video or stills on our website or on our social media. As part of our Child Protection Policy, we produce all videos of your show in-house.
