  • Any changes in the times or dates set out in this agreement should be communicated in writing to SLS PRODUCTION Ltd as soon as possible.
  • Arrangements should be made for the venue to be accessible by SLS Productions Ltd at least one hour before the house opens.
  • The client must obtain permission to film the dance show/event inside the venue and are responsible for any associated fees.
  • One parking space at the theatre or venue is required. Please advise on location and theatre access. If this is not possible, please let us know when booking.
  • While every effort will be made to place the cameras in the most suitable position to film the dance show/event, this may not always be possible if restrictions are imposed upon us by the venue staff, the client, audience members or any other contributor.
  • All SLS Productions Ltd equipment is well maintained, however we will not be liable for any equipment failure and or material defects, which are beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a total video failure, we will of course offer a full refund. However, SLS Productions Ltd will have zero liabilities for any additional losses incurred by the client. We will try everything we can to re-arrange the filming of the dance show/event where possible.
  • Where possible, a live audio feed will be taken directly from the sound desk at the venue and is recorded into either the centre camera or a separate audio recorder. SLS Productions Ltd will work with the venue, or dedicated sound operator to test this sound feed prior to the show. We will not take any responsibility for bad sound feeds, peaking or distortion that is out of our control.
  • We will also supply additional room mics to capture the ambient sound within the room. We will not be responsible for any noise or conversations picked up by the audience. Every effort will be made to produce the highest quality sound for your show.
  • Loud audio levels, especially base frequencies from the venue’s PA can cause vibrations around the venue. We cannot be held responsible for any vibrations that are picked up by the cameras.
  • Every effort is made to ensure the picture quality of the video can be viewed as expected. However certain lighting states including low lighting conditions & special effects may not produce perfect results for video cameras to capture. Our cameras are broadcast quality professional cameras and such are extremely good in low light conditions. However, sometimes there are factors beyond our control. We will endeavor to produce the best pictures possible. This includes refresh rates and frequencies from lighting and projection screens that may result in flickering during the show.
  • You are required to confirm your order within 7 days of the sample video being sent to All orders placed within 7 days of thesample show being sent will benefit from our cashback service. Orders made after 7 days and directly from our website will not benefit from the cashback offer.
  • Your show will only be confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us and you have paid the deposit fee at the time of booking.
  • The minimum fee balance invoice must be paid in full at least 24hrs before your event including any additional pre-orders. Youhave an additional 7 days to order any copies placed after your show date to benefit from the cashback deal.
  • We aim to send out all digital copies email invites within 48 hours of receiving full
  • In order for us to send out the digital copies, you must supply us with an email address for each customer Please note: tocomply with GDPR we only require a valid email address. Please do not include any additional personal information. This datawill be stored in line with our GDPR policy.
  • For shows that run longer than 180 minutes (including interval) and hourly rate of £150 will be applied to your final bill.
  • You will receive 2 complimentary Digital downloads of the show for orders over 50

Further edits will be charged at £50ph. Pleasenote we will endeavor to resolve any edits you may have. However, this may not always be possible.
  • In the unlikely event that MediaZilla were to cease providing the digital service we use. SLS Productions keeps two additional backup copies of your show. These are stored locally and on separate servers. These will be sent to the school’s principle as a digital copy FOC.
  • Raw footage is deleted after the main order is delivered to make room for further Therefore, no amendments can bemade after the sample video is agreed.
  • We guarantee that you will be able to use any segments from your show for social media, website and or promotional material.Please contact us for further details/fees and on how we can supply you with these SLS Productions must be credited for any work used.
  • A nonrefundable £300 deposit is payable at the time of booking. If you need to move your booking, will we do all we can to accommodate you and transfer this deposit to the new date. Bookings cancelled less than one month will be charge at 50% of the “Show filming fee”.
  • As part of our Child Protection Policy, we produce all videos of your show in-house.
  • SLS Productions Ltd reserves the right to change and amend this agreement, at which point the client will be notified.

Important: We operate a 1st Come 1st Serve basis so please book in plenty of time.
